Class Rosters from Rock High School Added to Site
Many thanks to Ruth Lund (Rock HS 1963) who provided the names of all 1,170 graduates of Rock High School from 1926 through 1977 (when the school merged with Perkins to form Mid Peninsula High School). With these additions, there are now nearly 80,000 UP high school graduates listed on the site.
In addition, Ruth made a nice suggestion .. to make it possible to add class colors, class motto, and class flower, etc to class pages. So, class pages will be modified shortly
to include this information, if available. If your class does not have a roster posted on its page, click here for information on doing so (your
high school yearbook may be the best place to obtain your class roster).

School Nicknames
Several hundred schools (high schools and colleges) have their nicknames posted on the site. You can view other schools that share
the same nickname as your school by clicking here.
Bouncing emails
You may have noticed names on the Bounced email list on many class pages. Those on this 'bounced' list have signed up as members,
but their email address on file is no longer valid. If you are in touch with one of these members, please encourage them to provide
their updated address so they can continue to receive email from other members.
Also, if you plan to change your email address, please be sure to
update your personal information
page on the site. Members with non-working emails are now listed
in a separate section on each class page. If you notice friends with
invalid addresses, please let them know so they can update their
information.
500 members in Florida
Yoopers have spread out all over the world. One of the most interesting things on the site is the ability to see where
members live today. There are now 15 states having 100 or more Yooper members. Florida became the 3rd state with over 500 members.

alumnac.com Now Available for any US School
Since the alumni feature has become so popular in Upper Michigan, we've decided
to make it available to schools all across the United States. Each state is separated on the site
(Upper Peninsula is unique and special so it is considered a separate
state). If you have friends that would like to use alumnac.com to stay
in touch with their classmates or to plan their class reunions, please
tell them about the site.
Cheers!
Rolfe and Cathy
www.alumnac.com is a site for and about alumni from all US schools. The
site is filled with pictures, local
events

and individuals. Joining the site has many
benefits
including access to email addresses and city/state of residence of
other
members, the ability for old friends to contact you via email, and a
periodic
email from us (usually weekly) that talks about the latest changes to
the site. It's a great way to stay connected. And the best news ...
IT'S FREE OF CHARGE. After you've had a chance to visit the site, we
hope you will consider joining as a member
(those who organize class reunions
will also thank you).
